Pages describing consultations, fees, and processes are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign or otherwise confirm a written engagement letter that states scope, fees, and deliverables.

Intellectual property

Site content, including guides, process descriptions, and branding, is owned by Charter Vale Financial Counsel or its licensors. You may not copy materials for commercial reuse without written permission. Engagement deliverables provided to you personally may be retained for your own financial planning.
